自分で中古の家を買ったのはいいですが、全体的に今後何かあった時に何処にどうやってメンテナンスをしたら良いかが悩みでした。床も壁も水回りなども販売会社は何かあったらココいいですよ、とか教えてくれないから自分で調べることに。 インターネットでたまたまヒットしたんですが、決め手はネットの雰囲気とお値段的なところの記載でしょうか。 一度、現管理会社（三菱地所コミュニティ）の総合窓口に相談したら、電話口でまずやる気のない対応（よく分からない様子）と実際来ていただいた工務店さんの見積もりが80万超えでちょっと疑問をもって別の会社を探していたので、今回は20万で済んで本当に運が良かったと思っています。 最近東急リバブルさんに家の売却価格の見積もりに来てもらったのですが、その話に驚いてました。大手関係は全体的にただ、そこにいて給料もらうだけで特に仕事をする訳ではないというのが分かりました。よって家の中のメンテナンスは専門性の高い信頼の置ける会社で総合的にやって頂ける所が安心だと思いました。 工事を終えて快適に過ごせております。フローリングの質も良くお掃除がしやすいです。汚れても拭けば直ぐに綺麗になります。床に関してはストレス一切ありません。改めて職人って日本では大事だなと思いました。 半年以上経過しましたが、何も問題はありません。晴れの日も雨の日も特に変わらず良好です。 もし今の家を出るとしても、次住む人には何かあったらメンテナンスはコチラの会社でお願いした方がいいと伝えていくと思います。 お仕事頑張ってください！ 応援しています
